Spring — Classics and Vintage
An exhibition and auction of eighty watches in my collection was held in February 2025. The events were well attended and the participation in the auctions was enthusiastic, thanks to the unfailing support of my friends and former students.
As a sequel to the earlier watch exhibition and auction, a series of direct sales of watches in my collection will be conducted in 2026 under chosen themes and categories. It is felt that direct sales might be more convenient and straightforward for potential buyers. The idea is still 《Time, Wisdom and Heritage》. Each watch has a story to tell, and is meant for those who would appreciate the wisdom of time and the art of watch making. The buyer of each watch is also expected as far as possible to pass it to his/her next generation.
There will be direct sales in the four seasons of 2026 under the categories:
Spring — Classics and Vintage
Summer — Colourful Dials
Autumn — Sporty and Casual
Winter — Gem and Jewelry
Each category has 15 to 20 watches to offer.

陳坤耀教授簡介
「陳坤耀教授是一位才華橫溢的人，在教育家、管理者、公務員和經濟學家的角色上享有卓越的職業生涯。……而且……他是一位熱情的「鐘錶學家」 ─ 腕錶的收藏者。他的收藏超過200枚腕錶，幾乎全部是機械錶，需要定期上鍊；因此，每晚他必須留出時間來完成這項工作。」

在學術方面，陳教授畢業於香港大學和牛津大學，曾在香港大學教授經濟學，並擔任亞洲研究中心的教授及主任。隨後，他成為嶺南大學的校長。現時，他是香港大學商學院的榮譽教授。
在公共服務方面，他被任命為立法會及行政會議委員。在他的任命中，他曾擔任以下機構的主席：消費者委員會、獸醫委員會、新聞界委員會、香港太平洋經濟合作委員會、法律改革委員會小組、香港安老學會及香港大學持續進修學院董事會。
現時，陳教授是香港金融管理局金融研究所諮詢委員會的主席。
在商業方面，陳教授曾在多家公司的資產管理董事會任職，目前是第一太平洋公司、九龍倉集團及東亞金融集團的董事會成員。
時間是人生經歷的排序。從古時用日晷記錄時間，到近代用鐘錶記錄時間 ，其中有著長遠的演變過程。提及時間，當中也充滿不少智慧。
第一，是時間的哲學。人生的時間是有限的。我們如何把握時間、管理時間，令自己有滿足快樂的人生，同時也令自己對社會有貢獻，是一大學問。
第二，時間的記錄有賴鐘錶。鐘錶經過幾百年的演變，它在準確性 、功能、美觀方面都不斷改進。其實，鐘錶不止是機械的技術。我們若從美學 、從工藝設計的觀點去觀賞，鐘錶也是一件藝術品！
因著鐘錶的長遠歷史及演化過程，鐘錶既是技藝也是工藝。對我們擁有的鐘錶，是應該時時欣賞，好好保存，好好的傳承下去！
有個鐘錶牌子廣告形容得好貼切：「沒有人真正擁有我們的手錶，只是為下一代保存而已」。傳承的意義蘊含其中。
