Wedding Ring After-Sales Maintenance Service:
Generally, according to the regulations of each brand, customers can enjoy a free size adjustment service once within 6 months of picking up the item (4 weeks for Niessing). Depending on the individual brand and model, this service may have restrictions, details of which can be obtained from the store staff.
After purchasing a set of wedding rings and becoming a Dawn Member, customers can enjoy the Dawn Care ring maintenance service for 3 years from the date of pickup, which includes:
- Free ultrasonic cleaning service
- Free ring inspection service
- 50% discount on repair and maintenance services (please refer to appendix 1 & 2 for details)
- Special discounted price to purchase the same model of wedding ring if the original is lost

- Ultrasonic Cleaning
We provide a cleaning service for the product using an ultrasonic cleaning machine. (Not applicable for some designs and gemstones.)
- Repolish
Removing minor scratches on the product and repolishing. (Deeper scratches can be left as-is or repaired for a fee.) If the product requires size adjustment or repair, repolishing may be necessary due to the workflow process.
- Surface Texture Restoration
Matte, hairline, and satin textures can be restored. (Natural textures cannot be restored.) If possible, the texture can be changed free of charge. (Please consult the seller for details.)
- Size Adjustment
Size adjustments within the standard range are free for life. (However, due to material strength concerns, adjustments more than 2 times are not recommended.)
For sizes outside the standard range or oversize, a special processing fee will be charged. (Please consult the seller for the charge.)
Without verifiable warranty card or purchase record, most after-sales services will incur a charge.
Warranty cards will not be reissued after collection, so please keep it safe.

Warranty Period
The warranty period is 6 months from the date of purchase (collection date). Free repair is provided within the warranty period.
However, as the basic condition of this warranty period is initial defect, the free repair does not include the following cases:
- Customer's improper use and storage.
- The product has been repaired, processed or modified by non-company personnel.
- The ring size has been adjusted to oversize or outside the standard range.
- Unable to verify the warranty card or purchase record.
Engraving Fee after collection
- If engraving needs to be added or changed after collection, an additional processing fee will be charged.
- For additional or changed text up to 10 characters: Flat rate of HK$280
- For additional or changed text of 11 characters or more: Flat rate of HK$280 + HK$28 per character
- If engraving needs to be removed, a flat rate of HK$280 per ring will be charged.

Refinish/Refurbish
Refinishing: The piece of jewellery will be cleaned and matted or polished. More distinct signs of wear and tear will not be removed. Engraving will be preserved as well as possible.
Refurbishing: The piece of jewellery will be brought back to its original state at the best. Diamond engravings will be renewed. Laser engravings will be preserved as well as possible or possibly be renewed with costs.
