Silversmiths, however, craft silver whether the tide is rising or falling. In a life devoted to jewellery craftsmanship, one does not change course for clear skies or stormy seas. As day and night alternate, hands learning the craft become the hands of a master artisan. Their deepest wish is to place their finished work directly into the hands of the buyer who appreciates it.

An exhibition and auction of eighty watches in my collection was held in February 2025. The events were well attended and the participation in the auctions was enthusiastic, thanks to the unfailing support of my friends and former students.

As a sequel to the earlier watch exhibition and auction, a series of direct sales of watches in my collection will be conducted in 2026 under chosen themes and categories. It is felt that direct sales might be more convenient and straightforward for potential buyers. The idea is still 《Time, Wisdom and Heritage》. Each watch has a story to tell, and is meant for those who would appreciate the wisdom of time and the art of watch making. The buyer of each watch is also expected as far as possible to pass it to his/her next generation.

There will be direct sales in the four seasons of 2026 under the categories:

Spring — Classics and Vintage
Summer — Colourful Dials
Autumn — Sporty and Casual
Winter — Gem and Jewelry

We stand to narrate the deep-seated values, impeccable quality, and authentic stories within each piece. With passion, Dawn attends to every nuance of its offerings, from the inspiration and concept to the meticulous process of crafting. Over the span of the past decade, Dawn has woven a tapestry of partnerships with the world’s leading individual designers, artisanal goldsmith ateliers, and venerable brands steeped in centuries of tradition.
